By now you are probably wondering exactly ‘Who is Little Miss Useful’?  So I thought I would give you a little insight as to who is Little Miss Useful (aka Nicole Hammett)!

Operating on the beautiful NSW Central Coast (one hour north of Sydney).  Little Miss Useful was previously known as Nicole Hammett Business Support and has been open for business for nearly 2 years.

Why did I decide to rename my business.. .well quite simply I wanted the business to represent who I am as a person and reflect my bubbly personality. I felt that Nicole Hammett Business Support (whilst served me well) the name really wasn’t cutting it anymore.

So Little Miss Useful was born!

A little bit about Nicole

I have worked as an executive assistant for the past 10 years supporting Managing Directors and senior management at many well known firms such as National Australia Bank, Credit Suisse, ABN AMRO and Macquarie Bank.

I have been lucky enough to work in two of the best cities in the world – Sydney and London whilst travelling around the world (particularly Europe).

Upon returning to Australia I gave birth to my one and only son and decided that I wanted to be able to stay at home and look after him, whilst still having a career. So I started Nicole Hammett Business Support when he was only 7 months old and I haven’t looked back.

Being a virtual assistant gives me the best of both worlds and best of all it allows me to work with some extremely talented business owners. No two days are the same and I just love it!

Sue is proud to possess over 20 years experience in secretarial and administration services. She has worked in both government and private sectors as well as volunteering with not-for-profit associations which she continues to do. Sue has been a Virtual Assistant since 2006 when the need to be home for her beautiful daughter and husband became too great to pass up the opportunities being a VA offered. Sue’s strong attention to detail and excellent command of written English, sit perfectly with her current specialities – document formatting and transcription. Little Miss Useful welcomes the newest team member – Kathleen Kennedy.

Kath brings to the team extensive experience in pre-press design, graphic design and image retouching.  Prior to having her beautiful daughter 2 years ago, Kath worked at one of Australia biggest magazine publisher at ACP Magazines for some of the most well known magazines.
